Overview:
SPAR is expanding our overnight reset and remodel team! As a member of our full-time racking team of Reset Construction professionals, you will operate as part of a traveling crew, focused on remodeling the interiors of home improvement retail stores. This position requires working overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, where you will be tasked with building heavy steel racking, pallet racking, and assembling and installing shelving and fixtures. Ideal candidates will possess experience in construction, resets, remodels, fixture installation, racking, or general labor. We are looking for self-sufficient, highly motivated individuals who are proficient with tools and dedicated to producing high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:
– Engage in overnight remodeling projects for large retail stores
– Efficiently remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Transition products from old to new pallet racking
– Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
– Collaborate with store management on Plan-O-Grams for all tagged items
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Participate in physically demanding tasks, including the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
– Capacity to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Ability to follow directives related to tagging, rotating, and positioning products on shelves
– Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights of 20 feet as required
– Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
– Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Planogram experience is preferred
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Familiarity with the tools necessary for the job
– Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
– Candidates must have a personal cell phone and a valid email address
