Travel Remodel Merchandiser – Nights $18 to $19
SPAR is expanding our overnight reset and remodel team! By joining this full-time racking team of Reset Construction professionals, you will contribute to the remodeling efforts within prominent home improvement retail chains. The position requires overnight work from 9 PM to 6 AM, focusing on building heavy steel racking, pallet racking, and the assembly and installation of shelving and fixtures. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, resets, remodels, fixture installation, racking, or general labor will find this opportunity particularly appealing.
The ideal candidate for the construction remodel worker role is self-sufficient, highly motivated, proficient with tools, and driven to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Starting as a Racking Team Member also serves as a prerequisite for advancement to the Senior Project Manager position.

What You’ll Do:
– Engage in overnight remodeling of large retail stores
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Transfer products from old to new pallet racking systems
– Construct and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
– Collaborate using Plan-O-Grams for all items tagged and approved by store management
– Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics as required
– Participate in extensive physical activities, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 9 PM – 6 AM
– Capability to follow directions regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
– Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights of up to 20 feet as necessary
– Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.
– Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Planogram experience is preferred
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Familiarity with basic tools essential for the role
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
– Personal cell phone and a valid email address are required
– Professional appearance and demeanor are essential
– Appropriate work footwear is mandatory on job sites
