Key Responsibilities Include:
– Delivering SOLO within an 80-mile radius of domicile
– Working on local routes with daily home time
– Operating Day Cab and Straight Trucks
– Utilizing Dry Van 53′ and Straight Truck 18′-24′ trailers
– Handling freight that involves touch – US Mail
– Training will be provided for all necessary equipment

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
– Be at least 21 years of age
– Have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
– Successfully pass a Ryder drug test
– Ensure verifiable driving experience in relevant equipment (if the position requires operating a straight truck or box truck):
– 6 months of experience in the past 3 years; or
– 2 years of experience within the last 5 years; or
– 5 years of experience within the last 10 years
– Satisfy background and motor vehicle checks, including drug and alcohol verification over the last 3 years
– Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
– Hold a valid driver’s license
– Possess the ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
– Read, interpret, and apply laws, regulations, and policies effectively
