The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver an exceptionally satisfying customer experience by engaging with and assisting all customers, exemplifying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adherence to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards is essential. Employees may also be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately while providing change according to established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
  • Uphold and maintain our merchandising philosophy, following established procedures and standards.
  • Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in adherence to company standards.
  • Engage in store recovery as necessary throughout the day.
  • Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor while contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store.
  • Receive and offer recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and participate in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
  • Engage in safety awareness practices to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. The actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
