Job Title: Uniform Security Officer

Company: DK Security

Location: Saginaw, MI

Pay: $17.43 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.43 for a “Uniform Security Officer” in Saginaw, MI, appears to be somewhat below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certification, and specific job duties. Additionally, wages can vary significantly within Michigan, with higher rates often found in metropolitan areas or for officers with specialized training. While $17.43 may be competitive for entry-level positions or roles with fewer responsibilities, it may not attract seasoned professionals or those seeking specialized roles in security. Overall, for Saginaw, this rate is likely to be at the lower end of the spectrum, suggesting potential difficulty in attracting and retaining qualified candidates.
