Job Title: Unit Technician-FULL Time-Brighton Center for Recovery

Company: Henry Ford Health System

Location: Brighton, MI

Pay: $15.5 – 16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.50 to $16.50 for the “Unit Technician” position at the Brighton Center for Recovery in Brighton, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the industry standard. Based on data for similar roles in healthcare and recovery environments, especially in Michigan, the typical pay range tends to fall between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While this rate might appeal to entry-level candidates or those seeking part-time work, it may not attract more experienced professionals or individuals seeking a living wage in that area. Overall, the compensation could be considered less competitive, particularly in the context of rising living costs and wage expectations in healthcare-related positions.
