Job Title: URGENT HIRING CAREGIVER Tecumseh/ Adrian area weekend evening care

Company: Senior Helpers

Location: Adrian, MI

Pay: $16.5 – 17.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.50 to $17.50 for a caregiver position in the Tecumseh/Adrian area is generally competitive, although it may be slightly below the average for similar roles in Michigan. According to industry data, caregiver wages in the state typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, with variations based on experience, specific job duties, and geographic location. Given that this role focuses on weekend evening care, which can be less desirable due to the hours, the offered rate is reasonable, but may not fully reflect the demands of caregiving during those times. Overall, while the pay is somewhat aligned with local standards, it might still attract candidates looking for flexibility or entry-level opportunities rather than those with significant experience in the field.
