Position Summary
The role of Team Leader encompasses the responsibility of effectively leading and developing teams by providing education, training, and a proactive approach to listening to associates. This includes conducting store tours to provide constructive feedback (Tour-to-Teach), fostering open communication, and collaborating with associates at all levels regarding store operations. The Team Leader will leverage technology and business initiatives, guide merchandising efforts, and align with the company’s strategic direction. Additionally, the role involves introducing and facilitating change initiatives, setting clear expectations for team members, and effectively communicating business objectives.

The Team Leader exemplifies exceptional customer service standards, adhering to and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model. Responsibilities include managing customer service initiatives, such as community outreach programs, ensuring customer concerns are promptly addressed, implementing action plans to rectify deficiencies, and leading process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications
