Job Title: Vacation Rental Reservation Specialist

Company: Better Talent

Location: Saugatuck, MI

Pay: $14 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for a “Vacation Rental Reservation Specialist” in Saugatuck, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the wage spectrum for similar roles in the hospitality and tourism industry, especially considering the increased demand for vacation rentals in popular areas. According to recent data, roles in this category typically offer rates ranging from $15 to $20 per hour or more, particularly in regions with high tourist traffic. Additionally, factors such as cost of living in Saugatuck and the competitiveness of the job market can further influence wage expectations, suggesting that while this rate may attract entry-level candidates, it may be less appealing to those with experience or seeking a sustainable career in the field. Overall, the offered wage seems slightly below industry standards for this type of position in that location.
