Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Operating the company shuttle as needed while ensuring vehicle cleanliness.
– Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
– Valet parking guest vehicles in accordance with safety procedures and applicable laws.
– Assisting guests to and from their vehicles, rooms, or hotel outlets.
– Delivering packages and amenities to guest rooms efficiently.
– Providing luggage assistance to guests and managing bell cart operations.
– Keeping accurate shuttle logs and coordinating pick-up and drop-off schedules under changing circumstances.
– Welcoming guests and providing a courteous atmosphere while entering and exiting the hotel.
– Organizing and storing guest luggage securely and efficiently.
– Staffing the coat room for events as needed and assisting guests with luggage removal from their vehicles.
– Directing guests to the Front Desk for check-in and sharing knowledge about hotel outlets and amenities to facilitate cross-selling.
– Ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintaining open communication throughout all shifts.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
– A clean DMV driving record.
– Sufficient manual dexterity for handling luggage.
– The ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more), stoop, and bend as required.
