Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
– Operate the company shuttle as required, ensuring vehicle cleanliness
– Maintain an in-depth knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
– Valet park guest vehicles in accordance with safety procedures and applicable laws
– Escort guests to their vehicles, rooms, or hotel outlets
– Deliver packages, amenities, and other items to guest rooms
– Assist guests with their luggage
– Manage the bell cart as needed
– Keep an accurate shuttle log and coordinate departure and arrival times
– Greet guests and open doors as they enter and exit the hotel
– Organize and store guest luggage appropriately
– Staff the coat room during events
– Assist guests with removing luggage from their vehicles
– Direct guests to the Front Desk for check-in assistance
– Provide guests with information on hotel amenities and outlets to encourage cross-selling
– Maintain cleanliness of operational vehicles
– Utilize strong analytical and navigation skills
– Effectively coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a changing schedule
– Implement proper security measures when handling luggage
– Transport guests to and from the airport using the shuttle
– Maintain a thorough knowledge of area attractions and hotel offerings
– Foster open communication across all shifts

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you will need:
– A clean DMV driving record
– Adequate manual dexterity to load and unload luggage
– The ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more
– Flexibility to stoop and bend as required
– The capacity to lift up to 75 pounds
