Job Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Care Maintenance Technician to join our team, focused on the upkeep of hard floor surfaces, carpets, and some VCT. The role involves hand mopping and vacuuming, with proficiency in operating a walk-behind floor machine being essential. Adherence to machine maintenance standards is critical. This position is scheduled from Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and does not require striping and waxing. The hourly wage is $16.50.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Perform hand mopping as necessary.
  • Follow chemical safety procedures.
  • Adhere to the maintenance task schedule for equipment (daily/weekly).
