Job Title: Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)

Company: Cardinal Health

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $21.36 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $21.36 for a “Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)” in Detroit, MI, is generally competitive, albeit slightly on the lower end of the spectrum for this role depending on various factors such as experience level, specific job responsibilities, and the employer. As of 2023, wages for warehouse associates in urban areas like Detroit often range between $16 to $25 per hour, with many companies offering higher rates due to the demand for labor in logistics and supply chain roles. Additionally, the second shift usually commands a premium due to the less desirable hours, which can further enhance compensation packages. While $21.36 is a reasonable starting wage, it may not fully reflect the rising living costs and the competitive job market for warehouse positions in the area.
