Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 2nd shift (Columbus and Lockbourne OH)
Company: Hikma Pharmaceuticals
Location: Lockbourne, OH
Pay: $21 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, the hourly wage of $21 for a Warehouse Associate position on the 2nd shift in Lockbourne, OH, is generally competitive, albeit on the lower end of the spectrum compared to similar roles in the industry and region. Warehouse associates in Ohio typically earn between $15 and $25 per hour depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the employer. Given the prevailing market conditions and the demand for warehouse workers, a rate of $21 can attract candidates, but may need to be adjusted to ensure retention and attract experienced workers, especially in a competitive labor market. Factors such as benefits, shift differentials, and local cost of living should also be considered when evaluating overall compensation.
