Shifts, Pay, and Benefits:

  • Full-Time Day Shift: Monday through Friday, with start times at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM
  • Full-Time Day/Mid Shift: Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM (4×10 schedule)
  • Compensation: Starting at $19.40/hour, with incremental raises over the first 12 months increasing your pay to $20.60/hour
  • Additional Pay: An extra $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators

You Will:

  • Report to a Distribution Center Supervisor or Process Manager and engage regularly with your team
  • Execute inbound and outbound warehouse tasks safely, including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
  • Ensure products are accurately packed and shipped to surpass customer expectations regarding quality and delivery speed
  • Meet all safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as necessary
  • Operate computerized scanning equipment and uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material regulations
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the leadership team

You Have:

  • The ability to work on your feet in varying conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust, while navigating around moving equipment and elevated areas
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years of age
  • Capability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages weighing up to 75 pounds
  • A collaborative mindset, receptive to feedback, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check

For PIE Operators:

  • Must possess the capability to operate warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, Turret Truck, and Forklift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or customer service position within fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail, along with a commitment to quality and safety
