Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Days

Company: Performance Food Group

Location: Ypsilanti, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a “Warehouse Associate – Days” in Ypsilanti, MI, is slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job duties. The cost of living in Michigan, particularly in areas close to Detroit, may impact salary expectations, but this rate may not be fully competitive considering regional averages and the state’s minimum wage of $10.10, which was applicable as of 2023. Therefore, while the offered rate is legal and may attract entry-level candidates, it may limit the ability to attract more experienced workers or those seeking a career in warehousing.
