Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Forklift (1st Shift)

Company: Core-Mark

Location: Ypsilanti, MI

Pay: $18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $18 for a Warehouse Associate with forklift duties in Ypsilanti, MI, is somewhat competitive but may fall below the average for similar roles in the region. According to various job market analyses, wages for warehouse associates, especially those operating forklifts, typically range from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific employer. Moreover, given the increasing demand for skilled labor and the rise in minimum wage laws across many states, including Michigan’s gradual increases, a rate of $18 may attract candidates, but employers might need to consider boosting compensation to remain competitive and attract qualified personnel.
