Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Forklift (1st Shift)
Company: Performance Food Group
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Pay: $18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18 for a “Warehouse Associate – Forklift (1st Shift)” in Ypsilanti, MI, is generally competitive but may vary based on factors such as experience, company size, and specific job duties. As of 2023, the average pay for warehouse associates in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $23 per hour, with forklift operators often earning on the higher end due to the specialized skills required. Considering local cost of living and the demand for warehouse workers, $18 can be seen as an attractive entry-level wage, particularly for those with minimal experience, but more experienced operators may expect to command higher rates. Overall, while the rate is decent, it may not fully align with industry standards for experienced individuals in the role.
