Job description:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM or until work completion.
Warehouse Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of life-saving medications throughout the medical supply chain. Our dedicated team is responsible for a variety of essential tasks involved in the receipt, storage, and shipment of sensitive products. Our work directly supports hospitals and healthcare facilities in delivering critical medical supplies to patients in need.

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for extended periods, including 8-hour or longer shifts.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- Comfort with working at heights of 25-30 feet on a regular basis.
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate within a team-oriented environment, demonstrating a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in understanding and accurately processing paperwork in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience with radio frequency (RF) scanners, voice picking, or material handling equipment (MHE) is preferred.
- Familiarity with technological systems, including computers or point-of-sale systems, is a plus.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established processes for fulfilling orders, which involve accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, packing items, inputting product data into the computer system, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Engage in cross-training across multiple warehouse areas and participate in various projects as required. Possible areas for cross-training include order picking, outbound dock operations, renal fluid packing, IV fluid packing, and automated storage and retrieval systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace by performing housekeeping and inventory control tasks. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may include, but is not limited to, steel-toed safety shoes and a material handling harness.
- Show willingness to train for and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment as needed. Equipment utilized in the facility may include order pickers (cherry pickers), pacers/counterbalances, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

- Quickly learn and implement new information and methods relevant to your assigned area.
- Maintain required licenses, training, and certifications.
- Tackle routine assignments that may involve some problem resolution.

- Adhere to all quality guidelines.
- Operate under moderate supervision.
- Regular review of output will be conducted by a work lead or supervisor.
- Refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor.
