Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Associate Support
Company: Ryder
Location: Ohio
Pay: $16.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Warehouse Associate Support” position in Ohio is generally considered competitive but may vary based on specific factors such as location within the state, the employer’s industry, and the level of experience required. According to data from various job market sources, the average hourly wage for warehouse associates in Ohio typically ranges from $14 to $18, aligning well with this rate. This pay may also be influenced by additional benefits, shifts (such as night or weekend work), and the overall demand for warehouse labor in the region. Therefore, while $16.50 is within the acceptable range, it may be on the lower end for more demanding roles or areas with higher living costs.
