We are currently seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain Solutions division in Lansing, MI. This is an immediate hiring opportunity, allowing candidates to engage directly with a Recruiter and explore the benefits of becoming a member of the Ryder Ever Better Team.
- Pay Type: Exempt / Salary, paid twice per month
- Annual Salary: Up to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM (flexibility required)

Summary:
The Warehouse Logistics Manager will oversee daily operations within a designated function, managing all aspects of operations and account management. The role requires effective leadership of direct reports along with the achievement of daily operational goals.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and manage expectations
- Oversee performance management and development of both exempt and non-exempt staff
- Manage daily planning and scheduling
- Ensure health and safety management compliance
- Adhere to state, local, and federal regulations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required

- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field required
- At least one (1) year of direct supervisory or leadership experience required
