As the Night Shift Warehouse Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team at our new, state-of-the-art, 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse, which is stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial, and packaging products. Our continued growth creates new opportunities and job stability you can trust.

Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, transfers, and replenishment.
  • Lead and develop a team of over 200 warehouse employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure same-day shipping.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in all warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of management experience in a high-volume distribution center, encompassing more than 100,000 square feet, with a track record of hiring, training, and motivating a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.
  • Availability for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
