Job Overview
The Automated Warehouse Material Handler is tasked with fulfilling customer orders by accurately retrieving and stacking specific products and quantities as indicated on the pick ticket or computer screen. This role involves traversing the warehouse’s pick area to perform these duties in a safe, effective, and efficient manner while consistently meeting established safety, accuracy, and performance expectations. Additionally, the position requires the ability to build stable pallets of products, ensuring compliance with warehouse and company standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support case picking and sorting within an automated environment using advanced equipment and software, while strictly adhering to established safety protocols and policies, managing multiple tasks, and making informed decisions in a noisy, fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to streamline and enhance warehouse processes.
  • Adapt to various work areas throughout the day, maintaining proficiency in roles such as HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, and Flow Rack while meeting performance expectations.
  • Ensure daily cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse, including the removal of trash or debris and responding promptly to any spills, in accordance with waste removal and recycling protocols.
  • Work diligently and accurately to manage warehouse inventory, minimizing shrinkage to acceptable levels.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed to support the seamless operation of a dynamic warehouse environment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while walking and repetitively lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Proficient in collaborating within a team-focused environment.
  • Expertise in coordinating and organizing reliable warehouse operations.
  • Flexibility to adjust to varying needs of the role across different work areas while meeting required performance standards.

Minimum Qualifications
