Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 10:30 PM, with Saturday overtime as needed based on customer demands.
Salary: $60,000 – $62,000 per year.

Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will manage daily operations within their assigned area, overseeing all aspects of Operations and Account Management. This role entails providing leadership to direct reports and ensuring the achievement of daily operational goals.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and effectively manage expectations.
  • Oversee staffing performance management and development for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Manage daily planning and scheduling activities.
  • Enforce health and safety management protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations is necessary.

  • Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production is crucial.

Compensation Information
