Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 10:30 PM, with Saturday overtime as needed based on customer requirements.
Salary: $60,000 – $62,000 per year.

Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned function, encompassing all aspects of Operations and Account Management. This role includes providing leadership to direct reports and ensuring the achievement of daily operational goals within the designated functional area.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and manage expectations.
  • Supervise performance management and development of both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Oversee daily planning and scheduling activities.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry and relevant regulations.
  • Fundamental understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Strong background in manufacturing and production processes.

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including relevant experience, education, work location, market data, and internal equity. Compensation ranges for this position are as follows:

  • Pay Type: Salaried
  • Minimum Pay Range: $60,000
  • Maximum Pay Range: $62,000

This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the role’s level and type.
