Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 10:30 PM, with Saturday overtime as needed based on customer demands.
Salary: $60,000 – $62,000 per year.
Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations within a designated function, overseeing all aspects of operations and account management. This role includes strong leadership of direct reports and ensuring the achievement of daily operational goals within the assigned area of responsibility.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
- Oversee staffing performance management and the development of both exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Manage daily planning and scheduling operations.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and management.
- Adhere to state, local, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or a related field is required.
- At least one (1) year of direct supervisory or leadership experience is necessary.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
- Extensive logistics industry knowledge is essential.
- Thorough understanding of customer and company local and federal regulations is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components is necessary.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes is required.
Compensation Information:
Compensation for this position may be influenced by various factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education (including degrees or certifications), work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, and internal salary ranges.
Compensation ranges for this role are as follows:
- Pay Type: Salaried
- Minimum Pay Range: $60,000
