Shift: Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (or until tasks are complete)

Warehouse Operations is integral to Cardinal Health, executing a combination of manual and automated tasks that are essential for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsibilities may include receiving shipments, fulfilling orders, packaging, and ensuring timely delivery in line with established team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established processes for order fulfillment, which involves accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, packing items, and preparing them for shipment.
  • Engage in cross-training across various warehouse functions and participate in projects as necessary.
  • Carry out housekeeping and inventory control duties, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  • Demonstrate willingness to train and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment as required by job duties, including equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie rides.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Proficiency with technology, such as computers or point-of-sale systems, is an advantage
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
