Job Title: Water Leak Specialist
Company: American Leak Detection
Location: Whitmore Lake, MI
Pay: $19 – 22 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 to $22 for a “Water Leak Specialist” in Whitmore Lake, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the wage spectrum for skilled trades in the region. According to various salary data sources, similar roles in plumbing, leak detection, and water damage restoration tend to offer rates ranging from $20 to $30 or more per hour, depending on experience and certification levels. Factors such as cost of living and demand for plumbing services in that area may also influence competitiveness. Overall, while the offered rate may attract entry-level candidates, it may not be fully aligned with industry standards for more experienced professionals, potentially leading to higher turnover rates or difficulty in attracting qualified applicants.
