Job Description
Job Title: Wave Planner
Company: Americold Logistics, LLC.
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for a “Wave Planner” in Columbus, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. While specific salary data can vary based on factors such as experience, company size, and the specific duties of the role, similar positions typically offer hourly rates ranging from $22 to $35 in larger markets. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Columbus and the demand for supply chain and logistics roles, a $20 hourly rate may not be competitive enough to attract skilled candidates. Overall, this rate may need to be reassessed to align better with market conditions and ensure the role is appealing to potential applicants.
