Job Summary
The Member Services Representative plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience by providing top-tier customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with outstanding customer service.
– Manage all front desk-related activities, including:
– Answering phone inquiries in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various questions.
– Checking members into the system.
– Assisting with new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Facilitating necessary updates to member accounts.
– Responding to member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as required.
– Aiding in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements
– Previous customer service experience preferred.
