Job Description
Job Title: Weekend Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Clinton Township, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Weekend Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Clinton Township, MI, is on the lower end of the pay scale for similar positions in the area and within the healthcare sector. In Michigan, the average pay for a certified nursing assistant (CNA) or medication technician typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with variances based on experience and specific job duties. Given the responsibilities associated with being a Resident Aide/Med Tech, such as administering medication and providing essential care to residents, the rate may not adequately reflect the skills and responsibilities required for the position. Overall, while $15 per hour is competitive for entry-level positions, it may fall short for more experienced candidates and for the cost of living in the region.
