Job Description
Job Title: Weekend Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Clinton Township, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Weekend Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Clinton Township, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for this role. According to industry standards, especially within healthcare and assisted living settings, comparable positions often range between $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. While entry-level positions may start around $15, more experienced aides or those with additional medical training typically earn higher wages. Furthermore, considering the rising cost of living and the competitive nature of healthcare jobs, this rate might not be sufficient to attract and retain qualified staff in the area. Overall, while $15 per hour may meet minimum wage requirements, it may not be competitive enough to align with the broader industry standards and the demand for such roles.
