Job description:
Required open availability on both weekend days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service.
– Manage all front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Checking IDs and member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Processing necessary updates to member accounts.
– Professionally responding to member questions and concerns in a timely manner and escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as needed.
– Assisting in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
– Monitoring the safety of individuals and the cleanliness of the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Ensuring locker rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements
– A background in customer service is preferred.
– Basic computer proficiency is required.
– A strong passion for fitness and health is essential.
– An upbeat and positive attitude must be maintained at all times.
– Punctuality and reliability are imperative.
– Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, consistently exceeding member expectations.

Physical Demands
