Job Summary:
This position requires open availability on both weekend days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
– Oversee all front desk operations, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner, assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
– Verify identification and member barcodes in the system.
– Process new member sign-ups.
– Conduct tours of the club for prospective members.
– Facilitate necessary updates to member accounts.
– Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as required.
– Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly environment within the club.
– Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the facility.
– Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor areas.
– Replenish locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhere to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly submitting lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Customer service experience is preferred.
– Basic proficiency in computer usage is essential.
– A strong enthusiasm for fitness and health.
– Maintains an upbeat and positive demeanor at all times.
– Punctuality and reliability are critical.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with both members and co-workers, consistently exceeding member expectations.
