Job description:
Required open availability on both weekend days.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Welcome members, prospective members, and guests by delivering outstanding customer service.
– Manage all front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phone inquiries in a warm and helpful manner, addressing a variety of questions.
– Verifying IDs and scanning member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting club tours for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as needed.
– Timely and professionally responding to member inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as necessary.
– Assisting in the upkeep of the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
– Monitoring the safety of individuals and maintaining cleanliness throughout the club.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Restocking locker rooms with essential supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, or gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” and promptly turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:

– Responsibilities include diluting and applying cleaning chemicals during shifts.
– Cleaning and sanitizing frequently used equipment and surfaces within the club.
– Monitoring the club and assisting members continuously throughout the shift.
