Job description:
Required availability on both weekend days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Perform various front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
– Checking IDs and member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating the sign-up process for new members.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Assisting with necessary updates to members’ accounts.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager as needed.
– Contributing to the cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Monitoring safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (including toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly returning lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– A background in customer service is preferred.
– Basic proficiency in computer usage.
– A strong passion for fitness and health.
– A consistently upbeat and positive attitude.
– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues, surpassing members’ expectations.
