Job description:

IMMEDIATE OPENING: The successful candidate will work 1-2 days per week at our Fairview Park clinic and 2-3 days per week at our Parma clinic.

Salary: $17.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.

This part-time position (24-30 hours per week) at our Chiropractic facility calls for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic individual to manage our front desk operations. As the primary point of contact for our clients, it is essential that this individual presents themselves in a professional manner, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and effectively handles cash and charge transactions.

This role is sales-driven and requires comfort with promoting membership sales. Our facility operates primarily on a membership basis, distinguishing us from typical chiropractic offices.

Prior experience in a front desk role is advantageous, particularly in environments involving the sale of gym memberships or tanning packages; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal applicant must possess excellent customer service skills, be personable, and exhibit high energy and resourcefulness. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.

Team collaboration and a strong work ethic are vital attributes for this role. Candidates should demonstrate articulateness, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
