Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to client preferences and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive itineraries and travel plans to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
• Book flights, hotels, and transportation for clients, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are accurately provided.
• Collaborate with vendors and travel agencies to negotiate and secure competitive rates for clients.
• Stay informed about travel trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories to provide precise and pertinent information to clients.
• Address any changes or issues that may arise during travel, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to the client’s plans.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process, offering timely updates and addressing any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in travel planning or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hotel chains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
