The ideal candidate must have good time management skills to effectively work on multiple open tickets and assigned projects, while working with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate with both management and other administrators is critical.You will be working in our downtown Cleveland office just off of East 9th with our Admin team Monday through Friday, during daytime hours. We support multiple platforms and handle issues or implementations for anything from cable runs to new communication system rollouts that can happen at your desk, or at one of our locations. If you are looking for variety, you will surely find it here. (Please note that this position is a full time, on-site position. Remote work is only performed for scheduled maintenance and on-call situations).Position Requirements: You should have proven experience with:– Windows 10/11– Windows Server 2019– Hardware troubleshooting– Network troubleshootingAnd should have an understanding of:– Azure Web Services– Remote Desktop and Terminal Services– Active Directory and Group Policy– Hyper-V virtual platformKnowledge and experience with the following are beneficial:– Barracuda security products– CISCO IOS (switches and routers)This position provides:– $70,000 to $80,000 starting salary (calculated in part with scores from online assessments)– Medical plan includingo Your choice of health plans off the Health Insurance Marketplaceo Vision Planso Dental Insurance– Life Insurance– 401k– Paid vacation and holidays– Included covered garage parking attached to office building– Mileage reimbursement*This position does require travel across the Northeast Ohio region to our office locations and datacenters.
