Job Title: Wooster-Care Pro
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Smithville, OH
Pay: $13 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 to $15 for a “Wooster-Care Pro” role in Smithville, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar positions, particularly in the caregiving sector. According to various salary data sources, the typical hourly wage for similar roles, such as home health aides or personal care assistants, typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour in Ohio, depending on factors like experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Given the cost of living in Smithville and the demand for caregiving roles, the offered rate may not be competitive and could impact recruitment and retention of qualified candidates.
