AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 for the role of Workforce Development Site Director in Price Hill, Ohio, is generally considered competitive, especially for the local market; however, it can vary based on factors such as experience, education, and specific responsibilities. According to data from similar positions in workforce development and community organizations in Ohio, salaries typically range from $60,000 to $90,000, suggesting that this offer is on the lower end of the spectrum. While the rate may attract candidates who are newer to the field, experienced professionals may seek higher compensation that more closely aligns with industry standards.
