Job Title: Youth Room Attendant | Kalamazoo Country Club

Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a “Youth Room Attendant” position at the Kalamazoo Country Club appears to be on the lower end of the pay spectrum for similar roles in Kalamazoo, MI. While entry-level or part-time positions in the area might offer rates starting around this figure, many employers often pay between $15 to $20 per hour for comparable roles that require supervision of youth activities and require customer service skills. Factors such as the specific responsibilities, the level of experience required, and the local cost of living should also be considered, but overall, the $14 rate may not be fully competitive when comparing to industry standards and local market conditions.
