Company:

Location: Cuyahoga County, OH

Pay: $50000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $50,000 for a Youth Specialist (Juvenile Correctional Officer) in Cuyahoga County, OH, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $24.04 based on a standard full-time schedule. This rate is generally considered competitive but may vary in comparison to industry standards, which often range from about $30,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on factors like experience, education, and specific agency requirements. In Cuyahoga County, other law enforcement and correctional officer roles often offer similar or slightly higher compensation, so while $50,000 is within a reasonable range, it may not fully reflect the higher end of the market, especially considering the demanding nature of the work and associated responsibilities.
